Process
In a bowl beat for two minutes and with the help of electric rods the 125gr of butter together with the 125gr of sugar until obtaining a light and foamy texture. While continuing to beat, add the eggs little by little and one by one and then the half teaspoon of vanilla essence.
In another bowl, sift the 100gr cake flour and the 75gr cocoa powder and add it to the mixture. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass.
Distribute the dough in the molds and bake them for 15 or 20 minutes, or until the dough rises and is consistent.
Let the cupcakes cool.
How to prepare the Chocolate frosting:
In a bowl place the 150gr of butter and stir it a little so that it loses hardness, then add the 150gr of cocoa powder and, with the help of a stick, stir until you get a homogeneous cream. Let it sit for about an hour before spreading it on the cupcakes.
